Rosemarie's Italian Kitchen & Pizza (SUNFRESH LLC) runs this website, rosemariesfarmingdale.com. This policy explains what information we collect on the website, why, and what choices you have. It covers this website only, not our restaurant, phone orders or other companies' sites.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, we collect what you type in:

Private party requests: your name, phone number, email, number of guests, preferred date, package and any notes.
Job applications: your name, phone number, email, the positions you're interested in, and what you tell us about your experience, availability and pay.
Messages: anything you send us through the site or by email.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours automatically records basic technical information when you visit. That includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that sent you here, and the date and time. We use it to keep the site working and to see, in total, how people use it.

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Our site is hosted by Wix, which sets cookies the site needs for security and basic functions. We use Wix's built-in site statistics to see things like how many people visit and which pages they view. If we add other tools later, such as Google Analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

Do Not Track: Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for responding to these signals, so our site does not currently respond to them.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use what you submit through our forms to send you marketing unless you separately sign up for it.

Online ordering, gift cards and Pizza Points

Online ordering, gift cards and our Pizza Points rewards program are run by our ordering partner, FoodTec Solutions, on their own site. When you use them, FoodTec collects your order, contact and payment details under its own privacy policy. Please review FoodTec's policy for how that information is handled. We never see your full card number.

Who we share it with

We share your information only:

With service providers who run the site for us: Wix (hosting, forms, email notifications), Google (the map on our Visit page) and our accessibility tool. They may collect technical information when you use those features.
When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our guests or our staff.
If the business is sold or transferred, as part of that transfer.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, such as FoodTec, Google Maps and our menus. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy doesn't cover them.

How long we keep it

We keep party requests for as long as we need them to plan and follow up on your event. We keep job applications for up to two years so we can consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner. After that, we delete them.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable steps to protect your information, including the security features provided by Wix. Access to form submissions is limited to the people who need them. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

correct it
delete it

To make a request, email or call us using the details below. We may need to confirm who you are first. We may keep some information if the law requires it.

Children

Our website is not meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it. Job applicants must meet New York's minimum working-age rules.
